All unused/unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the product price within 30 days. We do not refund shipping charges. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually. Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, the order may not be cancelled for any reason. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.
For approved returns we will issue a credit to your charge card within 24 hours. In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will issue a UPS call tag to have the item picked up at our expense. We will also re-ship the corrected order to you at no additional charge. |
